- What happens after 12 months?
- Veil keeps working exactly as before. You can install any version released during your 12 months. Renewing is optional.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If Veil does not work for you, ask within 30 days of buying.
- How many devices does a licence cover?
- Personal covers one person on up to 3 devices. Team plans, with one licence per seat, are coming soon.
- Will you charge VAT or sales tax?
- Tax is calculated at checkout based on where you are, and your invoice shows it.
- Do new major versions cost extra?
- No. Every version released within 12 months of your purchase is included, major versions too.
